Academic Program
OUR PROGRAM: We operate on trimesters. Below are the dates of our three sessions for the 2005-2006 school year: Fall: Sept. 6 to Dec.2 Winter: Dec. 5 to March 10 Spring: March 13 to June 9 Students graduate when they meet all Illinois subject area credit and testing requirements and ACEC’s credit requirements. Students must maintain consistent attendance to earn high school credit. We have three graduation ceremonies each year, which are held on the last day of each term. STUDENTS MAY NOT GRADUATE BEFORE THEIR CLASS GRADUATES!
COURSE OFFERINGS: Upon acceptance, students are scheduled into classes at their appropriate academic level. Special education support is available if needed. Students may also earn credit for employment outside of school.
WHO CAN ENROLL?A prospective student must: ¨ Be 17 to 21 years old ¨ Have 10 or more credits ¨ Enrolled in high school for 3 years ¨ Qualify on our entrance test ¨ WANT to LEARN! |
